Jack Daniel's is a brand of Tennessee whiskey and the top-selling American whiskey in the world.It is produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee, by the Jack Daniel Distillery, which has been owned by the Brown–Forman Corporation since 1956.Jack Daniel's home county of Moore is a dry county, so the product is not available for purchase at stores or restaurants within the county.Jack Daniels Cola 375mL can The product meets the regulatory criteria for classification as a straight bourbon, though the company disavows this classification. It markets the liquor simply as Tennessee whiskey rather than as Tennessee bourbon. As defined in the North American Free Trade Agreement, Tennessee whiskey is classified as a straight bourbon authorized to be produced in the state of Tennessee. Tennessee law (57-2-106) further requires most producers of Tennessee whiskey to filter the spirit through charcoal made from maple prior to aging, in addition to meeting the above requirements (the "Lincoln County Process").

A disgruntled customer shared this in a review,"Jack Danie's Tennessee Whiskey is a horrible whisky and there is a reason why "jack and coke" became popular, because you want to dilute the stuff as it's a horrible/horrid taste. I am not sure why it has to taste so bad...but it does. I also find the price to be ridiculous for a low grade whisky product."

"So many issues to list. Highly would not recommend anyone that has any kind of sense to be an employee here. There is to much disorganization from within the company as to schedules and a profound lack of proper communication from the supervisors on down."

"On call 24/7 for almost minimum wage. Upper management doesn't care in the least about anyone but themselves. Constantly threatened with disciplinary action or worse for things like having doctor appointments, or even refusing to work unscheduled overtime. Armed guards are given bad gear, if any gear. Good employees are told to work 70+ hour weeks and written up for taking a day off, while employees who continuously lay out or come in hours late are allowed to do so without repercussions. Cons: Barely over minimum wage, terrible management, actively hostile workplace, ineffective training"

"Do not work for them. You get paid almost nothing for a lot of work. They treat you horribly, and don’t treat you like you’re a person at all. It’s just not worth it. You will make more money working in fast food or retail and be treated much better too. Cons: You are not treated like a person."

"Contacted HR for over 2 months because I was being harassed and stalked at work by someone who previously harassed another coworker prior to my hire and they refused to contact me back to address it at all. My immediate boss continued to place us together until there was a major confrontation then they wanted the answer to be to put me on a different shift, but I refused because I was not the issue."

"Maybe it was just the account that I was assigned to work. Maybe it was just the petty in house Security Director that we were assigned to. Maybe it was just the local offices decision to prioritize the client demands over officer feedback, concerns, or welfare. The place was just a revolving door. You had a great trainer but classes were 25+ people and you were just an expendable quantity. Even training was done at your expense for low industry pay. The management was a revolving door when I was there as well. The in house guy was a bully who kept making the contract company (us) look bad so that he could keep his job as a "consultant." He used his position to benefit himself while firing all the in-house long term employees. He had a buddy in upper museum management that I think both used the system to get themselves bonuses while claiming they streamlined operations. It had the illusion of a well run business but was always in flex. They hired a new office general manager but even he was a victim of the client in the end. Do not trust these people--they will promise you anything to get you in the door and then take advantage of you every chance they get"

Place is horrible, other dealerships offer better base plan and much better bonus and pay plan structure. Executive management is clueless. They pressure employees to write good reviews on any site where a negative review is posted. Despite all of these efforts the truth about the company still comes through. Rather than do the right thing they try to manipulate the system. The following quote was from the founder. They had the nerve to post this on their Facebook page!! Completely hypocritical. "The most valuable asset of a firm is its good name. Let us not allow any distorted judgment or attitude, for we have a sacred trust to protect our employees and our customers. In the long run those firms which will survive and prosper are those who maintain conservative policies and put their co- workers and customers interests first." The company lost its "good" name years ago. They should be ashamed of themselves."

"The whisky is not worth the weeks of stress and headaches. Absolute disaster. The first package I ordered (a $200 custom order) was never delivered. I have been emailing with no response from them. I am located in the US so I cannot call them. I have had to file chargeback claims with my bank and a claim with UPS. The second package I ordered to replace the lost one was "handed to UPS" on Sept 3rd but it is now Sept 9th and I called UPS and they never received this package. I was exited to give my boyfriend a great personalized, expensive bottle of whisky for his birthday but this company has caused weeks of stress and headaches- much more than this whisky is worth."

"Useless! Ordered whisky to home address. Email received telling me "Collection address as per my home address" No whisky. Telephone WE told it was a collection order from London Bridge. Total nonsense. They then want to charge the postage they omitted. Very unhelpful - cancelled order, will not use again."

"A bit disappointed, The Whisky Exchange sent wrong bottle and misinformation on site regarding bottle. I went to buy the Langatun Cardeira cask finish and The Whisky Exchange site showed cask #1021, No. of bottles 444, and vintage 2012, with bottling date 2018. What I received was the 3rd edition Langatun Cardeira cask finish, cask #445, No. of bottles 404, and vintage 2014, bottling date 2019. When I wrote to complain and explain the mistake, The Whisky Exchange never responded or wrote back."
